Post 4: My Best Friend

For me, It is difficult to use the word friend and I don't understand people who use this word with any person. 

I have a few friends very close, and Ingrid is one of these friends. 

I met her in the school  7 years ago when both were very young and although Ingrid and me are very different because We don't have anything in common and our interest are very different, since the first moment We were very good friends. 

She is very sensitive, a little insecure and very distracted , but all these characteristics make her special. She is my friend because She is very understanding and She knows everything about me, and She helps me when I have problems or just need a hug. 

I have many memories with her, She always accompanies me at the cinema when nobody wants, but the most important memory that I have with her is when She went to my graduation of Bachillerato  last year with my family. 

She is a very good friend. 

Post 3: My Favorite Piece of Technology

For me, it is difficult to talk about my favorite piece of technology because I don't think that the technology is essential in my life, although We live in a modern world where technology is important. I think that my cell phone is the most important of all the technological objects that exist, but it is not my favourite because I dont' have favourites. The cell phone is an object used to call to people, and write text messages, but in the present the cell phone has many other options or applications. I had my cell phone until december of 2014 and I used it to call to people, social networks like a twitter, facebook and whatsapp, but sometimes I forget it at my home and I don't have problems with this situation. Sometimes, I use my cell phone many times in the day, and other days I use it a little time.
I like my cell phone because it is small and light and I can keep it in my pocket. I like its colour, because I think that the black colour is very simple. 

My life wouldn't be different without my cell phone because sometimes I use it a little. Maybe, for my family and friends would be a problem because They couldn't communicate with me, but this problem can be resolved very easily with a computer with internet.

Post 2: Why did I choose this career / study programme?

When I was in the school I liked many subjects, for example mathematics, chemistry, history and for this situation, I was very confused about what career to choose. My marks were always very good in all the subjects, in the scientific courses  and the humanist and that made more difficult to choose a career for my future. I'm very indecisive to take a decision and when the school finished I decided to study engineering in the Universidad de Chile, but my results in the psu weren't enough. For this reason, I decided to study Bachillerato in the Universidad de Chile and in this programme  I found my vocation and discovered that my interests are the social science  and after a long time I chose the anthropology and I started to study in 2014 and now I'm in 3°grade in social anthropology, but my objective in the future is to study pedagogy in history because I like teaching very much  and I think that anthropology gives me the tools to understand the culture and use this knowledge to contribute to get better education for the next generations.
The experience in the university is good  to learn about other lifestyles and perspectives that in the future will contribute to be good professionals, professionals with the interest to change the society for we all live in a country that doesn't discriminate the foreigners, immigrants, or anybody that is different from what we considerate normal or common.
For this reason, when I finish the career, I want to work in some public institution  like a ministry in topics about education or health because I think that this topics are very important for the society.
